About Breathouse
Breathouse was created to make breathwork approachable, safe, and grounded in real physiology, so anyone can learn to regulate their own nervous system.

Founder & lead facilitator 路 M.Sc., Polytechnique Montr茅al
Hinane, known to the Breathouse community as Tina, is a Montreal scientist and breathwork facilitator who bridges two worlds she loves: the rigor of the lab and the deeply human experience of feeling calm, clear, and present.
She holds a Master of Science from Polytechnique Montr茅al, with a research background spanning chemical and biomedical engineering, analytical chemistry, and psychopharmacology, and she has published peer reviewed work along the way. That scientific training is exactly why Breathouse is built on physiology rather than trends, every session is designed around how your nervous system and breathing mechanics actually work.
After guiding more than 200 people through over 70 sessions, one thing keeps proving true: most people have never been taught how to breathe well, and learning how changes everything, from stress and sleep to focus and emotional release.
"Breathwork is the ultimate sweet spot between working on yourself and actually enjoying the process."

Sessions are built on how your nervous system, CO2 tolerance, and breathing mechanics actually function, not guesswork.
You are supported the whole way through. No experience needed, and you are never left to figure it out alone.
Release tension, process emotion, and walk out feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected to yourself.
